Conflict Resolution - Dealing with Difficult People

0.00

Our workplaces are populated by many individuals with different ideas, values, and backgrounds.  It is inevitable that disagreement and conflict will occur.  What is done with that conflict is either a source of strength or a source of weakness.  Diversity can and should be a tremendous resource for any organization as divergent thinking produces many different solutions to a problem.  This is the nature of a healthy work environment.

This workshop examines the nature of conflict and the 5 progressive levels commonly experienced.  Though a series of reflective and group exercises, participants are guided through a conflict resolution process that emphasizes collaboration, mutual respect, and need rather than wish fulfillment in role playing scenarios.

This workshop is a must for organizations seeking to lower the temperature of high achievers without lowering optimal motivation.
