Conflict Resolution - Dealing with Difficult People

0.00

Our workplaces are populated by individuals with diverse ideas, values, and experiences.  It is inevitable that disagreement and conflict occur.  How that conflict is perceived, utilized, and resolved is critical. It can be either a source of strength or a source of weakness.  Diversity is a tremendous resource for any organization as divergent thinking produces many possible solutions to a problem.  This is the nature of a healthy work environment.

This workshop examines the nature of conflict and the 5 progressive levels commonly experienced.  Though a series of reflective and group exercises, participants are guided through a conflict resolution process that emphasizes collaboration, mutual respect, and need rather than wish fulfillment in role playing scenarios.

This workshop is helps organizations and teams lower the temperature of high achievers without lowering optimal motivation.
